12RealTesters runs Google Play closed-testing campaigns for developers who need to clear Google's pre-production requirements before an app can go live. The service is operated by Keshav Infotech, which has been in business since 2008, and 12RealTesters functions as that company's dedicated unit for this specific task: getting real testers onto an app for the length of time Google requires.
Each campaign assigns 14 testers to a developer's app for a 14-day closed test, covering Google Play's current threshold for eligible new personal developer accounts of at least 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days. Testing happens on physical Android devices rather than emulators, and testers log in daily for the full span of the campaign. Each tester submits one screenshot per day as evidence that testing occurred, and that daily cadence continues through the end of the campaign so the developer has a continuous record rather than a single snapshot.
There's no upfront testing fee — campaigns start before any payment is collected, and payment only becomes due once the developer's required tester count is visible in their own Google Play Console. 12RealTesters states plainly that it is an independent testing service, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google, and that Google alone makes the final call on app approval and production access. The role of the service is limited to supplying the testers and the daily screenshot evidence; what Google does with that information afterward is outside its control.
