Day-to-day care includes weekly core and plugin updates, daily off-site backups with fast restores, security monitoring and malware removal, and 24/7 uptime monitoring, alongside performance and speed tuning. Support comes same-day from a real person rather than a ticketing queue. Custom theme design is built responsive across devices, with speed and SEO fundamentals built in from the start, and clients who want to manage their own site afterward can receive training to do so.
