Since 1996, Duluth, Georgia-based Accounting Partners, Inc. has handled outsourced accounting, payroll, tax and consulting work for companies that would rather not build an internal finance department. The firm offers full accounting outsourcing, financial statement preparation, budget formulation, acting CFO support, bank reconciliations, billing and collections, and coordinates with a client's existing third-party benefits provider rather than replacing that relationship. QuickBooks Setup and Clean Up is offered as a standalone service for companies that need their books organized before ongoing outsourcing begins. Staff includes degreed accountants and experienced accounting specialists, and the firm holds QuickBooks ProAdvisor designations; both partners bring CFO and Controllership backgrounds along with more than 20 years of accounting experience.

Client relationships tend to be long-running rather than project-based: J. Starr Five Enterprises, a Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits franchisee, began working with Accounting Partners at the company's inception in 2001, a relationship that has continued since.
