Adzze works in what it calls In-Hand Advertising, placing branded messages where people already spend time: laundromats, beauty salons, doctor's waiting rooms, bars, pharmacies, pizza boxes, shopping bags, and door hangers. Rather than buying billboard space or digital impressions, the agency builds campaigns around physical objects and locations that put a brand directly in a consumer's hands, working with venues across the Top-125 markets nationwide.

Services span media planning and buying, creative concepting and production, and full logistics for out-of-home placements. Adzze handles printing, shipping, and setup for each campaign, then documents delivery with photos of the ad in place, along with addresses and GPS data so clients can verify where and how their materials appeared. This proof-of-placement approach applies across the guerrilla formats the agency runs, from pub coasters to pizza toppers.

Past campaigns show the range of that work. Washington State used bar coasters to communicate safe-reopening messaging during COVID. The Missouri Department of Transportation ran a marijuana awareness campaign using pizza toppers. Brewhouse Legends took over Chicago bars for a pub-inspired Snack Launch, and Webroot paired cybersecurity awareness messaging with pizza box advertising.
