Agência Cadaris

Founded in 1995, Cadaris has spent nearly three decades building brand strategy, naming, and visual identity work with a team that now numbers more than 30 professionals operating across strategy, communication, and execution. The agency frames itself as a 360º operation, meaning positioning and concept development can move through to graphic design, packaging, and digital production within one team rather than passing between separate vendors.

Work is organized around Action Branding, a proprietary methodology structured over five years and launched in 2024 that combines active collaboration with agile methods. Under this approach, strategy work such as positioning, purpose, and employer branding runs alongside management tasks like internal communication, content calendars, and social media, while execution covers PDV materials, printed pieces, motion, catalogs, stands, UX/UI, packaging, and audiovisual content. Services span brand strategy and positioning, naming, visual identity, messaging and tone of voice, rebranding, packaging identity, and launch rollout.

Colgate Profissional is named as one of the agency's longest-running partnerships, and Cadaris also led rebranding work for Volt Robotics. Sorrir Muda Tudo, a movement that began taking shape in the second half of 2019, and End to End, a concept developed by Colgate-Palmolive, are among the initiatives tied to the agency's client work. Integra, a multidisciplinary team of women within the agency, contributes an intersectional perspective to diversity and inclusion work for organizations Cadaris supports.
