Altigee

Altigee builds and manages remote engineering teams out of Lviv, one of the largest IT hubs in Eastern Europe, drawing on a large regional tech talent pool. The agency works with startups looking to scale quickly, non-technical founders, and companies that want to extend engineering capacity but have no prior experience managing remote teams. Rather than simply placing contractors, Altigee hires engineers on the client's behalf and takes on the day-to-day administration that comes with employing staff in another country.

Services span dedicated teams, staff augmentation, and project staffing, along with recruit-train-deploy engagements, PMO setup, and agile coaching and scrum support. A custom team of 2 to 10 professionals is assembled per engagement, with Altigee adopting the client's existing processes and tools rather than imposing its own. Beyond recruiting, the agency focuses on managing, motivating, and retaining engineers over time, with an explicit aim of reducing remote employee turnover for the companies it serves.
