Amotus

Amotus builds the hardware, firmware, and embedded software behind connected products, giving manufacturers remote control and monitoring over devices in the field. Custom asset management solutions run on Fundamentum, the company's own IoT platform-as-a-service, which handles cloud connectivity for products once they leave the design stage. A division of Vectanor, Amotus has provided engineering services since 2013 across sectors including energy, healthcare, transportation, consumer electronics, smart buildings, industrial equipment, smart cities, and AgTech.

Work spans the full stack of a connected device: hardware development, firmware development, embedded OS software, and the cloud infrastructure that links devices back to asset management systems. The Fundamentum platform underpins many of these deployments, giving clients a common base for monitoring and managing fleets of connected products rather than building connectivity from scratch for each project.
