Founded in 2017 by Danielle Patterson and Danielle Johnston, Anchored Ideas Ltd. operates from 180 Townsend Street in Sydney, Nova Scotia, and has worked with more than 200 clients across the region, building brand identities and communications programs for local businesses.
Work spans branding and design, including logo design, marketing collateral, and packaging design, alongside social media management focused on personalized, engaging content. Strategic planning sessions guide brand positioning and messaging, while marketing campaigns and public relations work extends to crisis communications. Website development rounds out the offering, with mobile optimization and analytics integration built into project scopes.
The founders expanded beyond marketing services in 2022 with the launch of Anchored Recruiting & HR Solutions Ltd., and in January 2024 the agency purchased City Print+, adding print production capability alongside its branding and communications work.
