Michelle MacDonald leads on strategy and governance matters as a seasoned strategist in that space. Dr. Jay Adamsson, who has studied the Google search algorithm since 2000 and holds Google Analytics certification, brings that background to the technical and search side of web projects. Melvin van Doorn handles accounting as the firm's Accounting Technician, and Colleen Cash focuses specifically on supporting non-profit association clients, giving those accounts a dedicated point of contact.
