Hand-coded WordPress sites built and maintained from Maine since 2001

Tony Palleschi runs APART creations out of Maine, building custom websites through hand-coded CSS, HTML, and PHP rather than templated builders. Work spans frontend and backend development, WordPress content management systems, and ongoing updates and maintenance for existing sites, with Photoshop and Dreamweaver rounding out the toolset.

Client relationships here run long: some accounts date back to 2001, with others starting in 2006, 2012, 2018, 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025. That mix points to a practice built on responsive design and continued upkeep rather than one-off builds, with sites maintained and updated well past their initial launch.

About this agency on Agency List

That score is higher than 43% of the 36,920 agencies Agency List has assessed so far.

The Agency List Score measures how well an agency documents its work in public: named clients, quantified outcomes, and whether those outcomes are attributed to the agency rather than to the client.

It does not measure client satisfaction, price, or availability.
