Aptaria

Aptaria has operated as an enterprise AI consultancy from McLean, Virginia since 2002, working at the intersection of applied machine learning and Salesforce architecture. The firm has held Salesforce partner status since 2009 and maintains partnerships with Anthropic, Google Cloud, and AWS, which lets its engineering teams build agentic AI systems intended for production rather than pilot environments. Client work includes an AI-powered attorney matching system built for the D.C. Bar's membership of more than 10,000 attorneys.

Engagements typically begin with an AI Assessment & Planning process that maps where automation, retrieval-augmented generation, or model training can replace manual workflows. Rather than layering automation onto existing tools, engineering teams build agentic AI from the ground up, shaping each system to the specific manual process it replaces. From there, Aptaria builds RAG systems that surface proprietary client data, trains open-weight models on that same data, and constructs Salesforce-launched AI pipelines that connect model outputs directly to CRM workflows. Salesforce territory optimization and AI financial modeling extend this work into operational and planning functions, while AI agents are deployed to automate manual processes across client organizations.

The firm's technical grounding draws on hands-on graduate AI research conducted at Stanford, feeding into its approach to systems integration, natural language processing, and computer vision work. Its Salesforce relationship, in place since 2009, underpins projects that aim to extend existing Salesforce investments rather than replace them, while its cloud and model partnerships with Anthropic, Google Cloud, and AWS support the infrastructure behind its agentic AI builds.
