Arcus Global builds Software-as-a-Service platforms on Salesforce for local and central government bodies, focusing on planning, building control, trading standards, and land charges. Manchester City Council uses its platform to streamline planning and building control, while Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council selected the company for regulatory work. Councils across England and Wales have adopted the platform in place of legacy systems for these regulated functions.

The work pairs Salesforce implementation with application development, systems integration, and cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, described as wholescale digital transformation. Because much of it touches government data, security audits, risk assessment, and compliance and governance work run alongside development, and security cleared line of business applications are part of the delivery. A raft of ISO recertifications reflects the governance demands of working with public sector clients.

Go-live records span a wide set of councils: Derbyshire County Council for Trading Standards, Gloucestershire and Durham for Regulatory Services, Westminster for Regulatory Services, and Bracknell Forest Council for planning, land charges, and building control. Hampshire County Council, Burnley Borough Council, and Wrexham County Borough Council have gone live with Built Environment services, and North Lincolnshire Council transitioned to HM Land Registry's Centralised Local Land Charge Registers on the same platform. These deployments point to repeatable Salesforce-based rollouts for regulatory and planning functions inside local government, rather than one-off custom builds.
