Arkade

Arkade is a commerce agency built around customer experience, working with direct-to-consumer brands and some of Australia's top retailers. Formed in 2013 when two agencies with different areas of knowledge combined around a shared focus on customers, the practice centers on helping consumer brands identify where customer value sits within their business and act on it.

Engagements run across strategic direction, solutions design, technical support and implementation. The solutions design stage covers customer research alongside capability analysis of both teams and platforms, which feeds into the technology and data work that follows: CRM integration, data governance and quality, and analytics and event tracking. This structure allows the agency to move from diagnosing gaps in a brand's customer approach through to the technical build required to close them, based out of its Melbourne office on Lonsdale Street.
