Project examples include reimagining a user journey around digital wayfinding and refreshing a brand's identity to balance a scientific focus with a usable storefront. For Fresh Meal Plan, the agency guided selection of Shopify Plus, ReCharge, and its own Bear apps, then developed specific UX moments and interactions within that stack. On the Ladder engagement, work runs through both internal and external client teams, combining conversion rate optimization, UX research, and frontend and backend development in the same process.
