Based in Manchester, Boardwalk Studio makes film and video content for brands and creative agencies, covering film shoots, video editing, sound design, motion graphics and visual effects. Clients commission ongoing projects rather than isolated assets, working with the studio as a creative partner involved in shaping the work rather than a production house executing a fixed brief.

A multi-disciplined team covers the process end to end: live-action production, editing and post-production, 3D animation and explainer video work, moving between disciplines as each job requires. Instead of applying one house style across every project, the studio adapts its execution to whatever serves the creative idea best, treating format and technique as decisions made per brief rather than a template carried from job to job.

Recent projects include the Olympics ADSW Opening Ceremony 2026, Manchester City's Matchday content for the 2025/26 season, BUPA's 'This is Health' campaign, a Manchester City season ticket usage project, and a sustainability-focused piece for Dr Martens. The range spans sport, healthcare and consumer brands, with deliverables running from event and campaign films to season-long content produced for a single client.
