Fourteen years and 65 projects in, Bright Inventions builds digital products for 48 clients from its office on Jana Matejki Street in Gdańsk, with a team of 82 specialists covering mobile, web, and connected-device engineering. Work centers on native iOS and Android apps, full stack web development, secure AI solutions, and Internet of Things systems that link physical hardware to software platforms.
The engineering stack spans Kotlin, Java, and Swift for mobile builds; Spring, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS for backend and frontend work; MySQL and PostgreSQL for data; and Substrate, Rust, and Ethereum for blockchain projects, with AWS and iBeacon supporting cloud infrastructure and IoT hardware integration. That range lets the same team handle application development, systems integration, and ML model development within one engagement instead of splitting the work across vendors.
Case work includes an IoT-based water quality monitoring system built for fish transportation, a POS integration project for benefit card payments, a device-to-tracker conversion for equipment tracking in manufacturing, and printer integration fixes within Just Eat's global POS system. Bright Inventions also built the group support app Circles, which went on to raise a Series A round. Together these projects show a practice comfortable moving between hardware-adjacent IoT builds, backend systems integration, and consumer-facing mobile and web products.
