Founded in 2011 and based in Louisville, C2 Strategic Communications works as a public relations firm across Kentucky and Indiana, representing organizations in economic development, education, government, health and Medicaid/managed care, manufacturing, nonprofit, transportation, utilities and energy, and workforce development.
