C5i works across banking and financial services, consumer goods and services, and lifesciences, building AI solutions that span marketing, customer and digital, supply chain, people, sales, and CIO/CDO enablement. Rather than treating these as separate practices, the firm applies the same underlying data and AI stack to different business functions depending on where a client's need sits.

Core services cover cloud data infrastructure, data science, data ops and engineering, and applied AI, forming the pipeline from raw data through to deployed models. On top of this, C5i has developed two named products: Agent5i, an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform, and Compete, an AI-powered digital shelf analytics and insights tool aimed at tracking and interpreting retail and e-commerce data.

The company has expanded its data engineering capacity through the acquisition of UK-based Datavid, and maintains an internal AI Labs function focused on responsible AI development, including work on strengthening graph data capabilities to support generative and agentic AI systems. C5i also runs C5i Compass, a content channel comprising webinars, case studies, vlogs, blogs, whitepapers, and podcasts, used to document its approach to applied AI and data science across the industries it serves.
