Cadmakers

CadMakers, founded in 2014 and based in Burnaby, British Columbia, builds Digital Construction Twin and Digital Fabrication Twin solutions for the construction and manufacturing sectors, serving owners and developers, fabricators, and process planners. Its product line includes cmBuilder 4D Services, cmBuilder 3DEXPERIENCE, cmCore.io, and cmExe, applied across more than 600 projects representing over $40B in project value, including work with Lendlease's project portfolio, an onsite engagement with Tesla, and the Tallwood UBC project, the tallest mass timber structure in the world at the time of construction.

Behind these platforms, the team delivers application development, systems integration, data engineering pipelines, DevSecOps enablement, performance engineering, product discovery and MVP work, manual functional testing, and ongoing maintenance and support for the software underpinning its digital twin tools.
