Founded in 1999 by Nicole Schlinger, CampaignHQ has spent more than two decades supporting campaigns and advocacy organizations through direct voter contact rather than static outreach. Schlinger brings over 25 years of experience in grassroots voter contact to the firm she started, and that background still shapes how programs are built and run today.

The service set includes Live Persuasion and GOTV Calls, Live Patch Through Calls, Telephone Townhalls, full-service texting, and Live Ringless Voicemail. CampaignHQ combines live calls, texting, and ringless voicemail to persuade voters and drive turnout, and its patch-through campaigns connect constituents directly to lawmakers, creating real-time conversations between the public and elected officials instead of one-way messaging.

CampaignHQ executes complex, multi-part programs for statewide campaigns, work overseen by Walter Haynie as Chief Operating Officer and Ken Tracy as Chief Client Officer. Client-facing work runs through Spencer Flake, Executive Vice President of Client Success, along with Kyle Adams, Senior Vice President of Client Success, and Dan Grasso, VP of Client Success, while Nick Elliott serves as VP of Strategic Growth. That leadership structure supports the layered call, text, and voicemail operations statewide advocacy and campaign programs require.
