Cascadia Consulting Group is a small, majority women-owned consulting firm based in Seattle, Washington, certified as a small, disadvantaged, majority women-owned business in both Washington and Oregon. Nearly 100 staff work across sectors to advance environmental and social goals, bringing community members into research, decisionmaking, and action rather than leaving them out of the process.

Cascadia partners with clients to understand climate science, engage communities, and co-design action plans, embedding environmental justice principles throughout.
