Cascadia Consulting Group is a small, majority women-owned consulting firm based in Seattle, Washington, certified as a small, disadvantaged, majority women-owned business in both Washington and Oregon. Nearly 100 staff work across sectors to advance environmental and social goals, bringing community members into research, decisionmaking, and action rather than leaving them out of the process.

Work centers on reliable data, analysis, and recommendations that help clients design strategies and action plans. Cascadia partners with clients to understand climate science, engage communities, and co-design action plans, embedding environmental justice principles throughout. The firm delivers policies, programs, and technical assistance aimed at improving energy efficiency, expanding access to transportation and mobility options, and supporting jurisdictions and partnerships working to protect air, water, and natural resources. Work across sectors also includes waste prevention, recovery, and reuse.

Jurisdictions turn to Cascadia to shape plans that center community priorities and to build climate action plans that reflect a community's specific concerns. Strategic facilitation services connect planners, community members, and other audiences to co-design solutions and foster collaboration. On the deliverable side, the team produces accessible, culture-conscious graphics and websites, along with dashboards and apps that let users work with data without needing technical training.
