CBH Video has operated out of the Chicago area since 2004, founded by Carole Burke-Hallberg, who serves as executive producer and director. The agency handles video work across brand, nonprofit, corporate, documentary, event, historical, fundraising, social media, and biography formats, with clients including American Cancer Society of Illinois and Lions Clubs International.

Production runs from creative development and pre-production through post, including captioning and translation subtitling. The core crew includes cinematographers Michael Turano and Amanda Ratliff, who also edits, alongside audio specialist Rich Pooler, supporting projects from concept through final cut.
