CE Transport Law

CE Transport Law, based at The Store in Stony Stratford, works with HGV and PSV operators across the UK on the regulatory and licensing issues that come with running commercial vehicles. Work includes public inquiry and preliminary hearing representation, Traffic Commissioner appeals, DVSA impounding cases, and interviews under caution, alongside driver conduct hearings and MOT disciplinary matters.

The practice also handles Magistrates' and Crown Court representation, clandestine entrants and Border Force penalty cases, and taxi and private hire licensing. It holds Lexcel accreditation for client care, and its focus stays on operator licensing and the regulatory hearings that determine whether operators keep their licences.
