Rooted in an in-house digital shop built for a Broadcast TV Station group, ChartLocal now runs as a Chattanooga-based digital marketing operation serving clients directly. Services span website design, development, hosting, security and management alongside SEO, SEM, social media management, and reputation management. The lineup also covers email and text message marketing, lead generation, behavioral and contextual display advertising, Facebook and Instagram advertising, pay-for-performance YouTube advertising, and OTT advertising with video production.

ChartLocal also operates an Authorized Reseller program, letting other companies offer its digital marketing services under their own brand name instead of hiring and training an in-house team.
