Founded by Jo Swann in 2004, Chocolate PR works from Leeds with a focus that sets it apart from generalist agencies: championing female entrepreneurs and founders from minority groups. The agency describes its mission as helping these business owners get their voices heard, working with mission-led small business owners rather than only larger corporate clients.
