Brand strategy, digital platforms and campaigns for industrial, financial and education clients

Based in Leicester and operating since 1998, Cite works across brand, digital and campaign challenges for organisations including DHL, Saint Gobain, Konecranes, Techstep, Santander Corporate & Commercial Bank, LINK and Harvard Graduate School of Design. The agency is now employee-owned and has handled work ranging from redefining brand architecture for a telecoms company to rebuilding an eCommerce platform for a graduate design school.

Services span brand strategy and positioning, visual identity, digital strategy, UX research, website design, campaign management, content strategy and social content production. Projects typically start with understanding and insight work, deep dive workshops, market research and data analysis, before moving into brand crafting from vision and values through to story and identity. Digital work centres on customer journey mapping, while campaign output draws on photography, moving image, motion graphics and graphic design, extending into demand generation and high frequency social content.

Outcomes cited include building an £85 million new business pipeline from a £60,000 investment, and turning technical data into a £44 million pipeline for another client. Cite connected three global divisions of one organisation through three separate websites, and created clear brand distinction for DHL. A campaign to help community members access their money reached over 200,000 individuals, while a campaign for LINK promoting a new service generated more than 50 million total impressions. The agency also designed and launched one of the largest campaigns run for Santander Corporate & Commercial Bank, and led a strategic programme to redefine Konecranes' automation story.

About this agency on Agency List

Cite holds an Agency List Score of 97 out of 100.

That score is higher than 93% of the 36,920 agencies Agency List has assessed so far.

The Agency List Score measures how well an agency documents its work in public: named clients, quantified outcomes, and whether those outcomes are attributed to the agency rather than to the client.

It does not measure client satisfaction, price, or availability.
