Clever Manics

Clever Maniacs, based in West Palm Beach and founded in 2018, works across two distinct lanes: back-office support for contractors and marketing services for niche industries like legal and addiction treatment. On the contractor side, work includes certified payroll, payroll tax prep, project management, expediting bid preparation, site inspection reports, compliance documents, photo/video site documentation, SAMs registration, logistics maintenance records, and purchasing.

On the marketing side, services cover SEO for legal marketing and addiction marketing, website design, branding, and social media branding. The combination lets contractors handle compliance and documentation needs while other clients get website and brand support under one roof.
