COCO Consulting is Martin Bauer's consultancy for strategic B2B communication, based in Munich. He works with companies that offer complex products or services, helping them position what they do clearly and communicate it in a way that resonates with technical and business audiences alike. The practice draws on experience from more than 800 projects.

Engagements typically start with strategy workshops focused on B2B brand positioning, followed by development of a grounded communication strategy tailored to the client's offering. From there, work extends into website optimization and relaunch, content strategy, and localization, alongside corporate identity, branding, and employer branding.
