Codeclusive

Codeclusive, based in Łódź, Poland, works with small senior teams—two to four developers per engagement rather than larger junior-heavy squads—building custom software for clients who arrive through referrals rather than sales outreach. Founded in 2019, the company has taken on platforms that agencies three times its size have gotten stuck on, and it approaches each project as if the software were its own.
