Colleen Eakins Design

Colleen Eakins works as a freelance graphic designer and art director in Atlanta, having started her career within the real estate industry before moving into full-time freelance work. Clients include Stacy Robinson Studios, Georgia Pet Watchers, Wellness Integrative Medical, and Keller Williams Realty, spanning wellness, pet services, and real estate businesses that need both brand assets and marketing collateral produced together.

Projects range from logo design and visual identity packages, including business cards, letterhead, and envelopes, to event branding covering theme, logo, and style guide work. Real estate clients receive subdivision and team logos, while other services cover print and digital pieces such as postcards, brochures, infographics, one-sheets, booklets, and eBooks, plus large-format work like billboards, posters, and retractable banners. On the digital side, work includes WordPress and eCommerce sites, landing pages, microsites, and front-end visual design, along with video production covering digital marketing videos, testimonial videos, and video summaries of blog content and listicles.

Eakins holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from AIU-Dunwoody, and she describes her approach as design viewed through a marketing lens. Before freelancing full time, she worked as a contract graphic designer for 3M in Atlanta. Her self-promotional piece won a Gold ADDY, one marker of the branding and design work she applies across client identity, print, web, and video projects.
