Offsite IT department for Montreal small businesses: help desk, networks, cloud

Compumatik works as an offsite IT department for small and medium-sized businesses in Montreal, giving them access to expert IT talent without building an internal team. David Abicidan, a 20-year industry veteran, founded the company in 2005 with the goal of simplifying how small businesses manage their computer systems.

Services span managed IT support, desktop and server maintenance, network setup and backup, cybersecurity, VoIP telephone systems, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 administration. Through its CompuCARE program, Compumatik takes a proactive approach to IT management rather than waiting for problems to surface, and its help desk team is available 24/7/365 to support client employees with day-to-day technical issues.

About this agency on Agency List

Compumatik holds an Agency List Score of 68 out of 100.

That score is higher than 17% of the 36,870 agencies Agency List has assessed so far.

The Agency List Score measures how well an agency documents its work in public: named clients, quantified outcomes, and whether those outcomes are attributed to the agency rather than to the client.

It does not measure client satisfaction, price, or availability.
