Founded in 1984, Computaid has built websites for clients from a Los Angeles base for close to four decades, with 27 years of focused experience in web design and development and 25 years in SEO. The agency's approach centers on custom web design intended to draw in a business's ideal clients, built on responsive layouts that work across desktops, mobile phones, and tablets, with content treated as a core part of presenting a client's service rather than an afterthought.

Suzanna Sahakian, President and CEO, holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and carries Microsoft certifications including MCP, MCSA, MCSE, and MCDBA. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Los Angeles (LA5) and a lifetime member of Women's Referral Sources, and has received the 2011 Rotary Transformers Award and a 2019 Corpus Christi Church Volunteer of the Year Award, reflecting a leadership background that extends into community and civic involvement alongside the agency's technical work.
