Cpg Agency

Designing live, virtual and hybrid events for corporate audiences since 1985

Founded in 1985 by Keith Alper and Steve Friedman, CPG Agency has spent four decades designing and producing live meetings, events, and experiences for corporate clients. The agency works with organizations including Southwest Airlines, Ulta Beauty, Bridgestone, and The ELC, building programs meant to engage internal teams, dealer networks, and donor audiences rather than simply run through an agenda.

Services span event strategy, creative concepting and production, experiential activations, video production and motion, and webinar or virtual event delivery. Much of the work centers on turning a standard meeting format into something audiences remember: developing the content and messaging that carries a Bridgestone dealer conference, or shaping the run of show for an internal rally, rather than just handling logistics. For The ELC, CPG works directly with the organization on all aspects of its annual fundraiser, from concept through production.

Scale shows up in the client work itself. CPG produces a series of Rallies across four markets for Southwest, reaching more than 15,000 employees, and supports Ulta Beauty's engagement of its 2,000+ General Managers. Across its client roster, the agency produces more than 45 events annually and engaged over 55,000 attendees in the most recent year cited. That output spans live, virtual, and hybrid formats, reflecting a team built out of storytellers, designers, producers, and strategists working across in-person gatherings and remote event delivery alike.

About this agency on Agency List

Cpg Agency holds an Agency List Score of 96 out of 100.

That score is higher than 90% of the 36,919 agencies Agency List has assessed so far.

The Agency List Score measures how well an agency documents its work in public: named clients, quantified outcomes, and whether those outcomes are attributed to the agency rather than to the client.

It does not measure client satisfaction, price, or availability.
