Crafton runs from Woźna 14/5 in Poznań, with additional offices in Riyadh and Malmö, and has worked as a UX-driven web agency since 2010. Client work includes the Ministry of Media of Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, an airport in the MENA region, and named projects such as LOT Polish Airlines, a Saudi Telecom team engagement, the Saudi Space Commission website, and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
Services cover UX research, website design, frontend and backend development, mobile app development, usability testing, and accessibility design. Website builds run on WordPress, Laravel, and Adobe Experience Manager, while mobile projects are built natively for iOS and Android as well as through Ionic and Flutter for cross-platform delivery.
On the mobile side, Crafton developed a mobile application for a global bank and built the HSBC mobile investment app for Middle East markets, pairing UX/UI design with backend and frontend development for finance-sector clients. The combination of ministry, airport, telecom, and banking projects reflects work with institutional clients that need both public-facing websites and functioning mobile products, carried through research, design, and development stages by the same team.
