Founded in 1978 by Frank Farrell, Custom Video Productions has produced corporate videos, animation, and explainer content from its Red Bank studio for over four decades. Client work spans education, health care, pharma and labs, manufacturing, real estate development, and corporate marketing, along with non-profits and schools, including a series of instructional videos for Rutgers University Business School.

Production moves through planning, scripting, shooting on-site or in CVP's own private studio, editing, graphics and animation, and duplication or distribution. The studio is reserved full-time for shoots, giving crews a controlled space free of outside interruptions. Beyond standard live-action work, CVP offers aerial capture for 180- and 360-degree views of properties and hard-to-reach locations, time-lapse compilation of processes spanning hours or months, and live-drawing video for organizations explaining a concept visually. Motion graphics and 3D animation bring logos and text to life or build out a 2D or 3D world when it serves the story, while explainer-style editing distills complex ideas into a compact narrative.
