Its platform covers live streaming of events, published schedules, and on-demand access to photos and videos, letting families purchase competition footage and images directly. A Video Judge adjudication tool supports scoring during events, offering numeric or range-based formats alongside customizable category colors, while a drag-and-drop web interface handles registration setup. Competition Directors can use the registration program at no cost.

Delivery draws on a small, defined team: a Senior Web Developer, Director of Operations, Creative Director, and a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist, spanning the web development, live production, and post-production work the platform requires.
