Darling Design

Brand identity, packaging, and web design for startups and luxury retail brands

Darling Design was founded in 2004, a period when design roles were still highly specialized and generalist studios were rare. Early work centered on startups operating with limited budgets, where the studio took on the job of building brand identities from the ground up rather than handling a single piece of the puzzle. That founding experience shaped a practice built around covering multiple disciplines for one client at a time.

Services now span logo and stationery design, website design and redesign, UX research and wireframing, email content and newsletters, corporate presentations, retail signage, brochures, and packaging identity and production. Over more than 25 years, the studio has collaborated with clients across health & beauty, real estate, law, finance, pharmaceuticals, fashion, and food & beverage, applying the same range of skills — visual identity, packaging, digital, and print — across each industry rather than specializing in one sector.

A recent engagement of note is a 2.5-year collaboration with a luxury skincare and spa brand, where Darling Design worked across system organization, DTC ecommerce, packaging and supply chain, and B2B marketing and creative. The goal was to revitalize and expand the brand's market presence and profitability, with work tied to gains in sales, customer loyalty, conversion rate, and average order value. That engagement reflects the studio's pattern of taking on packaging, digital, and marketing needs together for a single client rather than as separate, siloed projects.

About this agency on Agency List

Darling Design holds an Agency List Score of 94 out of 100.

That score is higher than 81% of the 36,919 agencies Agency List has assessed so far.

The Agency List Score measures how well an agency documents its work in public: named clients, quantified outcomes, and whether those outcomes are attributed to the agency rather than to the client.

It does not measure client satisfaction, price, or availability.
