Davies serves insurance, financial services, and other highly regulated markets, working with insurers, brokers, MGAs, corporates, and public entities. The business operates through a global team of more than 8,500 professionals across 20+ countries, with large operational centres based in the UK and the U.S.

Work is organized into five areas: Claims Solutions, Consulting, Insurance Solutions, Legal Solutions, and Technology. Davies provides expert support for the Lloyd's, London and International Insurance Markets, and delivers dispute resolution and risk services for the UK insurance industry. Legal work runs through Keoghs, the group's legal solutions arm, which handles matters connected to the insurance sector.

On the technology side, Davies has built ClaimPilot, an AI-driven tool designed to transform the claims journey, and has launched a carbon tracking solution aimed at property claims. Leadership has also expanded on the technology front with the appointment of Adam Warwick as Group Chief Information Officer, reflecting the firm's continued investment in tech-enabled claims and consulting work across its insurance and regulated-market client base.
