Elescend Marketing was founded in 2025 by five marketers who set out to serve solopreneurs and small businesses working with monthly budgets under $500. Based in Toronto, the agency positions its pricing and scope around that constraint rather than treating small budgets as an afterthought, while also taking on B2B clients that need LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, website optimization, and lead generation support.

The team splits work by specialty: an SEO practitioner with 15 years of hands-on experience handles technical SEO, a Google Ads and Meta Ads specialist with 12 years of experience manages paid campaigns across Google and Bing, a web designer and developer with 8 years of experience builds and maintains client sites, a graphic designer with close to 10 years of experience covers brand and visual work, and a social media manager with 6 years of experience runs organic content across TikMTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This structure lets the agency offer technical SEO, Google Ads management, social strategy, website design, brand positioning, content strategy, and email newsletters under one roof without relying on generalists for every task.

Elescend has designed and developed websites for more than 50 clients to date, giving the web design and development side of the business a concrete track record even as the agency itself is new. Its combined pitch — near a decade or more of individual specialist experience paired with a 2025 founding date — reflects an agency built by veteran marketers rather than one growing a team from scratch.
