Envy Labs

Envy Labs specializes in bringing complex ideas to the web through a combination of strategy, design, and development. Founded in 2009 by four developers, the company remains a small team by choice, focusing on software as their passion rather than growth management. They are based in Orlando, Florida, and have made a significant impact in their local tech community.

The core services offered by Envy Labs include technical guidance, custom application development, and the creation of prototypes and MVPs. They also provide scaling expertise and build internal tools to enhance day-to-day operations. Their approach involves acting as a fractional or supplemental CTO, ensuring that projects are executed correctly from the start and continuously improved.

Envy Labs has worked with notable clients such as Cisco and GamedayMath, helping them transform their digital products. Their past projects include the successful development and eventual sale of Code School to Pluralsight, and collaboration with Booz Allen on a data science educational platform. These engagements highlight their ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging solutions.
