Founded in 2000 by Denny Faurote, The Faurote Group operates from Indianapolis as a human capital consulting, training, and coaching firm. Faurote brings an accounting background to the practice, holding a bachelor's degree in accounting and an inactive CPA license, and applies that business grounding alongside coaching and training work. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

The firm's work draws on a bench of associates and strategic partners with distinct specialties. Sarah works as a trainer, consultant, and executive coach, while JoDee Curtis, an associate, handles training, coaching, and human resource consultation. Cassandra, a strategic partner and Founder/CEO of Total Reward Solutions, focuses on compensation and employee rewards, and has published articles in World at Work, Inside Indiana Perspectives, the Louisville Business Journal, Kentucky SHRM, and HR Professionals Magazine. Shatanese Reese, a certified EQi-2.0 coach and facilitator, brings more than twenty years of HR experience, and Diane, David, and Tom round out the group's strategic partners.
