Flairsoft has operated out of Columbus, OH since 2001, growing into a certified small business that serves federal, commercial, and state and local government clients from offices spanning Baltimore, Houston, Lansing, Oklahoma City, Portland, and Salt Lake City. The company holds DBE and MBE certification and works across sectors including transportation, energy, utilities, and pipeline, building solutions specific to how those industries manage land, assets, and permitting processes.

Core services span application development, systems integration, cloud architecture, security audits and risk assessment, data warehousing, BI dashboards, managed IT services, and network and wifi setup. Flairsoft collaborates with Amazon Web Services on cloud projects and has developed its own Flairdocs software-as-a-service offering alongside a Right of Way, Real Estate, and Permitting solution built specifically for the industries it serves.

Recent work includes deploying its Enterprise Permitting Solution (EPS) for RailPros, one of several transportation-sector engagements. The company holds CMMI Dev Level 2 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications and is an approved NASPO vendor, credentials that matter for its government contracting base. Flairsoft now employs more than 85 professionals across multiple states within the US.
