Karim Bellazrak leads Flash Design as CEO and SEO lead, running the agency from Rue de Morges 17 in Crissier after its 2017 start in Lausanne. Work spans technical SEO, content SEO, and local SEO alongside GEO (search optimization for LLMs and AI-driven results) and Google My Business management. On the design side, the agency handles logo and visual identity work, brand strategy and positioning, UX research, and the creation of websites and landing pages. Five dedicated SEO project managers oversee client accounts, pairing the design and content work with ongoing search management rather than treating them as separate projects.

The agency reports more than 200 active clients and over 500 companies supported since founding.
