Based in CDMX, GomaLab builds custom-made digital products meant to make a client's business more profitable rather than off-the-shelf software. Work spans web and systems development, business engineering, and marketing advisory, with a focus on designing systems that automate manual processes. One documented project involved building a website and companion app for SGM Mercadotecnia to control a BTL marketing process, led by CEO Fernando Armenta.

On the technical side, sites are built responsively using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, SQL, and WordPress, while mobile needs are covered through native Android and iOS apps as well as PWAs adaptable to different project types. Marketing services cover SEO, SEM, and social media handled with a strategic approach. GomaLab also packages specific solutions: an online store that can be launched with payment processing and product control within 72 hours, an online education platform for uploading full school programs or single courses to the cloud, and tools for companies managing maintenance, construction, or work orders alongside activity reporting.

Projects follow a set sequence: an initial analysis of the client's business situation, followed by a value proposal outlining the scope and potential reach of the project, then development against what was agreed. Delivery includes training so the finished system or app produces the intended impact rather than sitting unused.
