Haimat

A Sydney-based collective of consultants, designers and engineers, Haimat builds campaigns around finding new customers through data performance and micro-targeting, then uses that same data to deepen relationships and build loyalty over a customer's lifetime rather than treating acquisition as a one-off event.

Services run across digital strategy, campaign management, creative concepting and production, social strategy and content strategy. Haimat also develops its own agency software rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf platforms, treating campaign-driven digital marketing as a core discipline rather than an add-on to broader brand work.

The client roster spans quick-service and consumer brands alongside less traditional sectors. For Oporto and Red Rooster, the work centred on turning 12,500 staff into brand advocates. Other projects include SleepX, framed around the idea that everyone deserves a good night's sleep, and a PwC project built to raise awareness of an issue described as silent. Qualie's project involved visually communicating research findings, while Kayo Sports centred on streaming sport content. Beero's brief was to present a lesser-known brand with the presence of an established name, TSHC focused on positioning student accommodation in Western Australia, and the Farmers Union Iced Coffee campaign carried the line that the product could now look as good as it tastes. Across these accounts, the throughline is campaigns built to shift how a brand is seen or used, backed by data-led targeting and creative production handled in-house.
