Hill&Foster

Hill&Foster is a branding, website and UI/UX agency headquartered in Calgary, with additional locations in Vancouver, New York and Toronto. Founded in 2018 and led by Cody McLean, the agency works internationally, taking on both startups and established enterprises that need their business shaped through design rather than just decorated by it.

Work spans brand strategy and positioning, visual identity, and website design built on platforms such as Squarespace, Webflow, Hubspot, and WordPress. For commerce projects, the agency develops on Shopify using Liquid, giving clients flexibility over front-end shopping experiences while handling backend data structures where needed. UX research and corporate and local SEO round out the service list, with every project moving through a four-phase workflow: Discovery, Define, Design, and Deliver.

Since 2018, Hill&Foster has produced 89 websites, 7 applications, and 92 brands for 170 clients, ranging from early prototypes to projects requiring heavier backend data work. That output reflects an agency built to move a client from initial brand concept through to a functioning, launched digital product.
