Hurricane Images is a media production collective founded by Ian Robin Walker, who spent more than 20 years working in health communication before turning to video and photography full time. Based in Oakland, the collective works with small and mid-sized businesses, startups, non-profits, and artists on projects ranging from commercials, promotional videos, and company profiles to fundraising videos, music videos, branding pieces, and mini documentaries.

Production runs on Sony camera systems with a full range of lighting and sound gear, allowing shoots to happen on location, at live events, or in studio depending on the project. Photography work covers product shoots, weddings, engagements, fashion, maternity, and portrait or headshot sessions. Post-production is handled in-house, including video editing, motion graphics, titles, audio engineering, color grading, and animation, and prospective clients can start with a free marketing consultation before a production plan takes shape.
