IKI Media handles strategic consultancy and media management: negotiation and buying, research, planning, modeling, and data intelligence for clients who need media decisions backed by analysis rather than guesswork. IKI Digital sits alongside it as the group's digital marketing and consultancy unit, bringing a multidisciplinary team focused on digital media strategy and activation. A boutique creative agency, originally founded in 2004 and later folded into IKI Group, contributes creative concepting and production. An internal innovation area runs test-and-learn work on emerging technology, with more than five years of hands-on experience applying generative AI and tools like ChatGPT to client projects.

The group's PR area works on reputation management, corporate communication, and product communication, giving clients a route to thought-leadership and crisis communications support alongside the media and digital work.
