Founded in Guelph in 1997 by Jeff Berardine, J.D. MacNeil, and Greg Phillips, Innosphere is a fully remote firm working with enterprises, SMBs, scale-ups, and public, private, and non-profit organizations across North America. Its practice centers on fractional CTO and COO placements, giving growing companies senior technical or operational leadership without a full-time hire, alongside what it calls Augmented Services Plus — staffing paired with hands-on account management, project leadership, and strategic advisory rather than resumes alone.

Alongside fractional leadership, Innosphere runs People Strategy work to connect clients with talent for building teams, plus IT strategy and roadmaps, cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, operations consulting, project staffing, and dedicated teams. The firm holds AWS Certified status and describes decades of team experience across technologies and industries, applied through repeated, long-term engagements rather than single projects.
