JW Creative is run out of Kansas City, Missouri by founder Jillean Williams, who spent ten years working agency-side, including a stint as Senior Designer at Lundmark Advertising, before setting out on her own to work directly with small business owners. The shift from agency structure to a solo practice shapes how the work is framed: small businesses get design and marketing support without going through a larger firm's overhead.
